Job Description:

This role will be responsible for the analysis, planning and control of all operations within the specified department. This role is responsible for the utilization of human, material and equipment capital and adherence to production schedules as set forth by the supply chain team.

  • Serves as focal point of contact to coordinate all projects, tests and process improvement work in the assigned process
  • Assists in the coordination of team based activities that result in waste elimination or added value.
  • Assost Sr. Production Supervisor in the department performance and vertically integrating all shifts into one cohesive team
  • Reviews and assesses the skill set of each employee as it relates to the job requirements. Conducts timely performance reviews, and assists in the management of individual development
  • Creates and administers disciplinary action as necessary.
  • Tracks employee attendance and timesheets according to Company's
