After the cold front moved through earlier, much drier air has moved in. That dry air is going to stick around for much of the extended forecast. 

Afternoon highs reached into the upper 70s, but the big change today has been the lower dew point values. Dew points are 20° lower today than yesterday - almost refreshing!
