23-year old 17th Springfield murder victim - Western Mass News - WGGB/WSHM

Police identified the victim as Devada Wannamaker of Indian Orchard.
Authorities investigated inside Club Illusion in the entertainment district.
They believe Wannamaker was shot inside the club around 1:30 a.m. then stumbled down the street and collapsed in an alley.
Police say Wannamaker had a loaded pistol, bag of marijuana, and packages of crack cocaine on him.
They believe this murder is drug related.
It is the city's 17th of year. There were 16 in Springfield in all of 2010.
Police have yet to make an arrest.
