PHOENIX (CBS5) -
A man living near a school bus stop charged with sexual exploitation of a minor pleaded not guilty to the charges Thursday morning.
Christopher Ray Jurgens, 46, was arrested and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on March 21 after detectives from the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a search warrant at his Phoenix home near 32nd and Van Buren streets, according to Phoenix police Sgt. Tommy Thompson.
