It might still be winter, but Six Flags New England showed there is an end in sight to the cold weather.
Saturday, the company held its first of four auditions for the theme park's entertainment team.
Six Flags is looking to cast more than 80 positions for the 2014 season. The positions include actors, dancers, ushers, drummers, as well as behind the scenes jobs.
One Springfield resident, who hopes to be back for his third year at Six Flags, said it is an enjoyable experience.
A second audition is set for Feb. 23, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Six Flags human resources building.
The first week in March, the company will hold auditions at the University of Massachusetts and back in Agawam.
