(WMC-TV) - Shelby County Juvenile Court released the court order detailing charges against former TV Judge Joe Brown Wednesday afternoon.
Monday, Brown and Shelby County Juvenile Court Magistrate Harold Horne had a heated exchange during a child support hearing, and Horne had Brown arrested and sentenced to five days in jail. Brown was later released from jail by a Circuit Court judge.
The order, signed by Horne and Juvenile Court Judge Curtis Person, says Brown was, "willfully and intentionally baiting the court." Also, the order says Brown intended to "embarrass, hinder and obstruct the administration of justice." Click here to read the court order.
