Residents at the Lyman Terrace housing complex in Holyoke have been without power since about 6 a.m. Monday as Holyoke electric crews continue to try and fix the problem.
The president of the Lyman Terrace housing complex called CBS 3 to say that they've noticed an increase in police patrols around the complex near Lyman and Front streets as residents sit in the dark.
About 400 people live there.
A representative with Holyoke Electric could not give CBS 3 an estimate as to when power would be restored.
