The congregation is looking for a place to worship.
Monday night's storm caused some major damage to the Hazel Green Church of God of Prophecy, ripping off a big piece of the roof and causing structural and water damage throughout the building. Pastor Harold St. Clair said he hopes the building can be saved, but if it can't, they will rebuild in the same location.
"We've got a lot to be thankful for. We hear on the news about some being killed, and none of us are injured. We got a lot to be thankful for and we just ask for the prayers of Christian people," St. Clair said.
Pastor St. Clair said he's talking to a couple of churches that are trying to help provide a place for the congregation to worship together.
