Madison and Rankin Counties District Attorney Michael Guest confirmed today that 28-year-old blogger Clayton Kelly is now facing an additional felony charge of photographing or filming an individual without permission.
This latest charge can carry up to a 5 year sentence.
Kelly's preliminary hearing is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 in Madison.
On Saturday, Kelly went into a nursing home and photographed the bedridden wife of Republican U.S. Senator Thad Cochran without permission and posted an image online as part of an anti-Cochran video.
Rose Cochran has lived at St. Catherine's Village since 2000 and we are told she has dementia.
Kelly is also charged with a felony, exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
