An attorney has been appointed for one of the men facing charges in connection to the Holly Bobo case.
Mike Cash, of Jackson, was appointed as Mark Pearcy's attorney in court on Monday morning.
Pearcy and his stepbrother, Jeff Pearcy, are both charged with tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact. Both have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says the brothers are accused of having knowledge about a video that would help police in the murder investigation.
Mark Pearcy's hearing has been set for 1 p.m. next Monday.
Bobo disappeared from her Darden, TN, home in April 2011. Zachary Adams and Jason Autry have been charged with kidnapping and murder in connection with her death.
A judge set Pearcy's bond at $65,000.
