There's been another delay in the case of a funeral home shut down for the way they handled bodies in their care.
A hearing on a lawsuit filed by two families against Ryder Funeral Home that was set to take place Monday in Northampton has been rescheduled.
The South Hadley funeral home was shut down in May after a state inspection revealed that they had found bodies that were not embalmed and improperly cared for.
The hearing is now scheduled for July 14.
