A Nashville judge handed down two rulings following last week's hearing related to the Vanderbilt University rape case.
Judge Monte Watkins ruled that documents involving the alleged victim are to remain sealed along with her personal information.
The judge also said David King, a former attorney for former Vanderbilt player Brandon Vandenburg, will not be subpoenaed to testify.
Watkins did not rule on a request for a new prosecutor or a dismissal of the charges.
Vandenburg and former teammate Corey Batey are expected to stand trial on Aug. 11.
Former players Brandon Banks and Jaborian (Tip) McKenzie were also charged in the case. They're expected to testify against Vandenburg and Batey.
