Masked person found in Putnam County home

PUTNAM COUNTY, OH (Toledo News Now) -

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help finding a burglary suspect.

Deputies say in the early morning hours on Saturday, July 12, a masked person walked into an unlocked residence in Jackson Township.

After coming in contact with one of the people living inside the home, the suspect took off. It's unknown at this time if anything was stolen.

Deputies are asking anyone with information on this incident to call 419-523-3208, or contact the Putnam County Sheriff's Office on Twitter or Facebook with tips.

Deputies are also reminding residents to keep their homes, outbuildings and vehicles locked.
