The sister of a missing Chesterfield mother made an emotional plea Monday for information in her disappearance.

Yalitza Soba and her entire family are distraught over the whereabouts of Zulma Pabon, who went missing on June 6.

Soba told the media through tears Monday all she wants is her sister's safe return home, saying Pabon's son needs her.

"I'm just asking just for help to find her. I know that you know we need her back, our family needs her back, our family in Puerto Rico needs back, my nephew needs her back," said Soba. "I know that is everything to her."

As she stood outside Pabon's Midlothian home... the man her sister shares a child and that residence with was no where to be found.

Yalitza says she has only spoken with John Gibbs, II once since Zulma's disappearance.

"I have spoken to him once and there was pretty much nothing from there," Soba said.

On Friday Police released a time line and security photos. Those pictures show Gibbs walking back to the home that he and Zulma shares just 14 minutes after her car was seen leaving.

As days turned to weeks, and weeks into more than a month, Yalitza and Zulma's friends say they haven't given up hope and continue to pray for her safe return.

"I just want some answers and I just want to bring her home safely and I just ask for the community or anybody that has seen or heard or just any little information at this moment just will help," Soba said.

Crews fanned out in this wooded area near Pabon's home in Chesterfield Centre Commons on Friday.

Pabon was reported missing by co-workers when she didn't show up for work at St. Francis Medical Center on June 9. She has not been seen since. Police are calling the disappearance suspicious, but at this point have not said whether or not foul play is suspected.

The 26-year-old mother was last seen leaving the office the Friday prior. Police believe she made it to her home on Terrace Arbor Circle near Commonwealth Center in Midlothian. Surveillance images show what police believe is her car leaving the home at 6:25 a.m. the next morning.

Around 15 minutes later, surveillance video shows the father of her child, returning to the home where they live together. Police say John Gibbs II has not been participating with detectives in the investigation.

Pabon's son is now with Gibbs at the home, according to police. Detectives say there have been no reports of domestic violence or signs of distress.

With the help of a nearby storage facility's surveillance camera, Chesterfield Police were able to catch what appeared to be Pabon's car being towed by a newer-model, white, four-door truck on Commonwealth Center Parkway around 6:15 p.m. the same evening. Police are asking the driver of the truck to contact them.

The car was next seen in the background of pictures taken at the Greenleigh Mobile Home Park at 14111 Drumvale Drive in Chester the next day. Police have since located her car near the park.

Police are now asking anyone who may have seen Pabon's Altima in the area of Commonwealth Center Parkway or the Greenleigh Mobile Home Park over the weekend of June 7 and 8 to call Crime Solvers. The car is a white four-door 2009 Nissan Altima with Virginia license plates JZN-1429.

Police are encouraging anyone with information to come forward by calling Crime Solvers at 804-748-0660.
