Springfield residents in the city's tornado zone hoping to apply for the Right of Entry Program only have until the end of the month to do so.
City officials have established a $100,000 grant fund to assist residents in removal of trees that were damaged by the 2011 storm.
The fund was established after several applications for federal assistance were denied.
If you would like to apply for a Right of Entry grant, you can visit the city's website.
Applications must be completed by Aug. 1.
