A man has been arrested for trying to start a fire inside his Westfield apartment building.
Authorities have arrested Ny Ho for an attempt to burn inside the Kellogg Street apartment on Aug. 3.
The fire did not actually ignite, however there was a lot of smoke. Damage to the building was minimal.
Investigators told CBS 3 Ho was the landlord of the building and that they suspect a financial motive.
Ho has been arraigned and is currently being held without bail.
