The wrongful death civil suit against convicted arsonist Anthony Baye was dismissed this past Friday in Hampshire Superior Court.
Baye pleaded guilty in May of 2013 to 48 charges, including two counts of manslaughter, following the deaths of Paul Yeskie Sr. and Paul Yeskie Jr.
The Daily Hampshire Gazette reported the civil suit was dismissed as Yeskie Sr.'s wife, Elaine, had reached a settlement last September, but a clerical oversight prevented the necessary paperwork from being filed.
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
Baye was sentenced to serve 19 to 20 years in state prison after admitting to setting about three dozen fires in the Northampton area.
