SPRINGFIELD, MA (WSHM) -

A man who was shot in Springfield's Six Corners neighborhood Sunday night died at Baystate Medical Center.

Springfield police Capt. Thomas Trites identified the victim as 20-year-old Tavis Humphrey-Frazer, of Springfield.

Humphrey was found with a gunshot wound to the head at about 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of Mill and Knox streets after a caller reported the shooting.

No arrest have been made. Police are continuing to follow leads and investigate the homicide.

This was Springfield's 12th homicide of 2014.
