As a native New Englander, Lindsay couldn't think of a better place to pursue the career she loves. Before moving to Springfield in May 2014, she spent one year anchoring and reporting for WBKB-TV in Alpena, Michigan, where she covered a variety of stories from features to hard news.
During her time in Michigan she was honored to have received an award for Excellence in Investigative Reporting by the Michigan Association of Broadcasters for her report revealing a major food stamp fraud operation.
Growing up in Rhode Island, she believes there's nothing better than beautiful beaches and a cold Del's Lemonade. She's an avid New England sports fan, animal lover, wanna-be cook and workout enthusiast. When ever she has spare time she likes to enjoy it with her family and friends.
Lindsay is a proud Rhody Ram Alumnus, graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in both Broadcast Journalism and Communication studies. She also attended a summer semester at George Washington University in Washington, DC where she simultaneously interned for WRC-TV. Before graduating she was also an intern at WJAR in Providence, RI where she truly discovered her passion for local news.
