Finally, a nice day! Temperatures were in the 50s today with lots of sun. Unfortunately, that changes to close the weekend.
Clear skies and light winds will promote a hard freeze tonight with temperatures in the upper 20s and lower 30s.
The growing season hasn't officially begun, so there aren't any freeze alerts posted by the National Weather Service.
The upper level low that has dominated our weather for the past few days will again move closer tomorrow.
That means the day starts with sun, but clouds billow up in the afternoon and there can be a spot shower. Temperatures will be in the low 60s
.Monday remains unsettled, with mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers. This will likely turn out to be the worst day in the next seven.
A sign of a pattern change exists as May nears, with a ridge building over the east coast.
This means warmer, drier weather. The timing of this change is uncertain, but the first few days of May could very well be enjoyable.
