Ludlow police asking for help ID'ing bank robbery suspect

LUDLOW, MA (WGGB/WSHM) -

Police are asking for the public's help with locating a bank robbery suspect who held up the Bank of America branch on Cherry Street Saturday morning.

Sgt. Daniel Valadas told Western Mass News the robber walked into the bank at 10:47 a.m. wearing a white baseball cap with a pink bill and a white "doo-rag" covering his ears.

The suspect was wearing a black shirts with long white sleeves with a 'Birmingham Barons' baseball team logo. The back of the shirt had the name 'Jordan' and '#45,' Valadas added.
The white male, believed to be in his early 20s, showed the bank teller a note and did not show a gun.

The man fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
