It's a nasty afternoon with clouds, showers and periods of rain.
A cold front has stalled to our south and waves of low pressure will ride along this front bringing areas of rain into the area.
In fact, some of the heaviest rain is likely tonight into tomorrow morning. Periods of rain and showers will gradually diminish in coverage as tomorrow wears on. Another 1-2" of rain is expected by the time all is said and done. Isolated flash flooding is possible.
High pressure builds in on Wednesday, giving way to sunshine and pleasant conditions. The beautiful, dry weather sticks around for Thursday as temperatures hold steady in the middle 70's. A hint of humidity will be present by Friday which could give way to a pop-up shower or storm. Most of the day will be dry.
A cold front brings more in the way of scattered showers and storms Friday night and Saturday morning, then sunshine is expect for the rest of the weekend.
