As the humidity builds in this evening and a cold front approaches, a few showers and storms will develop and move through our area.
There could be an isolated storm that becomes strong to severe. The best chance for this would be across Berkshire County and points west. The biggest threat with these storms will be strong damaging winds and flooding rains.
The storm threat will be greatest from 7 p.m. to midnight, followed by a few possible downpours through about 3 a.m.
There may be a leftover shower early Saturday morning and the clouds will linger for a while, but drier air will work in during the day as skies become mostly sunny.
Sunday will be mostly sunny, warm and dry with highs reaching into the middle 80s.
