There's plenty of sunshine out there. It's nice and comfortable too. However some clouds will be on the increase as a wave of low pressure tracks our way. Overall this is looking just fine with high temperatures reaching into the low to mid 80s. Aside from a spot shower things will stay dry. There's a better chance for a few showers overnight into tomorrow morning. The heaviest and steadiest rain will stay well south of us but it will likely still be a damp Friday morning commute.
A weak area of high pressure returns tomorrow afternoon as we see some sunshine working in during the day. However, the weather will go downhill for part of the weekend as an area of low pressure and a swath of heavy rain moves into the northeast.
Some early sun on Saturday will give way to increasing clouds before rain moves in Saturday afternoon or evening. We can expecting a heavy, soaking rain Saturday night, ending Sunday morning. There may be some minor street flooding in some of the heavier downpours Saturday night. The good news is that it looks as though the steady rain will end early on Sunday and things should dry off for most of the day. Clouds will give way to some sunshine but we can't rule out a few showers in the afternoon.
