Skies will still be partly to mostly cloudy this afternoon with temperatures in the 70s and dew points in the 50s, right where we like them. There may be a spot shower but most will stay dry. In fact, the clouds will give way to more in the way of sunshine as we move into the second half of the afternoon and evening.
The storm that brought the rain and damp conditions over the weekend continues to move away. We needed the rain and we certainly got. Most spots picked up 1.5" to 2" of rain.
Tonight will be clear, cool and comfortable with temperatures back down into the 50s. It will start to feel more summer-like by tomorrow afternoon as temperatures reach into the lower 80s. It will become more humid late in the day with the chance of a shower or storm.
With an approaching cold front on Wednesday the chance of showers and storms will increase. It will be real muggy on Wednesday too. There could be a strong storm or two around with some isolated flash flooding. It will not be a washout but we'll be dodging the rain drops.
Have a great afternoon!
