A few of us had to dodge a brief shower this afternoon, but those have moved east, leaving us with a partly cloudy finish to Saturday. We'll see temperatures dip to the mid-to-upper 50s overnight under mostly clear skies. It will be a nice night to see the bright moon!
Sunday is looking a little brighter with sunshine and just a few clouds mixing in during the afternoon. Highs on Sunday will once again top out in the lower to middle 80s with dew points in the mid 50s.
For the beginning of August, this will be quite an enjoyable day to head outside.
Our next chance for showers and thunderstorms will be Monday evening as a strong cold front moves in. We'll see some lingering rain into Tuesday until we begin to clear out for the rest of the week.
Wednesday through Friday will see some below average temperatures and low dew points thanks to a dry Canadian air mass that moves in.
