As a cool front slowly approaches from the west, a few more rounds of showers and thunderstorms are possible overnight. During the pre-dawn more storms may roll through bringing torrential rain, lots of lightning and some wind damage in a few spots. The highest threat is between 2 AM and 5 AM.
Early morning clouds and some fog will give way to mix of sun and clouds Tuesday. Since the front will still be hanging around just to our southeast, it will be muggy and we still run the risk of an isolated afternoon shower or storm - mainly east. The air will start to dry out late Tuesday.
Finally on Wednesday, cooler, drier air will make it's way in from Canada. This will set us up for a beautiful day!
