SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - Overall it was a pleasant Saturday with sunshine mixing with clouds and warm temperatures. We will see if we can do it again on Sunday after another cool night tonight.
Skies remain partly cloudy tonight and there is the slight chance of a light shower or sprinkle. Lows tonight fall back into the low to mid 50s.
Tomorrow will once again feature a mixture of sunshine and clouds. As a weak, fast moving shortwave pushes through the region there is the chance for a pop-up shower and possibly an isolated thunderstorm. They will be widely scattered however and not everyone will see a shower. The best chance of seeing any showers will be in the hill towns. Highs tomorrow top out in the upper 70s and lower 80s.
Clouds will be on the increase on Monday and it will start to feel a bit more humid as the dew point will start to creep toward the lower 60s. At this point it looks like the daylight hours remain dry with highs in the lower 80s.
Our next chance for any sort of significant shower and thunderstorm activity continues to be on Tuesday of next week.
