SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) -

Students from Springfield College are asking for the public's help. They are looking for donations to create a computer lab for kids ages 7-14.

The group, called ADC Prevention, is working to make a difference for low-income children in Springfield.

Sally Hardy says some of the children have no access to internet or computers to do their homework.

"Today, we are trying to help low-income families. We're trying to bring in internet service, computers, printers for children due to the education system changing. They need technology and a lot of low-income families have no access to this," said Hardy.

The group is looking for computers, paper, printers, flash drives, and ink.
