It was another nice, cool comfortable start and we can expect another fantastic afternoon!
Our stretch of beautiful weather continues as high pressure brings more sunny skies and dry conditions. Temperatures will reach near 80 this afternoon as humidity levels stay nice and low. There will be a few puffy cumulus clouds from time to time, but will only add to the beauty of the day.
It will be a fantastic weekend too! The last weekend of August will feel a bit more summer-like as the temperatures warm and the humidity builds in a bit more. It will be a great weekend to head off to the beach.
As high pressure slips off shore a southwesterly flow will kick in helping to bring in warm temps and a bit of humidity.
A weak front moves in Saturday night and Sunday with some cloudiness, but we are not expecting any rain and there will still be enough sunshine to keep things bright on Sunday.
High pressure will control out weather for much of next week as well. A big dome of high pressure will pump in very warm and moderately humid conditions with temperatures near 90 from Monday through Thursday!
It certainly looks as though temperatures will be running above normal as we head into September! Summer will refuse to go quietly!
Have a great weekend!
