It will be a beautiful October afternoon with plenty of blue skies and sunshine! A weak front will move through kicking up the breeze this afternoon as temperatures push near 70. It will be another great afternoon to spend some time outdoors!
Tomorrow will be slightly cooler thanks to today front passage but it will still be nice and pleasant with temperatures reaching into the middle 60s. A nice fall feel will be in the air.
A second front will arrive Friday. This front will have a bit more energy with it so showers or a period of rain are likely either during the afternoon or evening. It's not going to be a washout but you'll need the umbrella on stand by for Friday. It looks as though it could be damp for the Friday evening high school football games.
This front will remain progressive which is great news for the long Columbus Day weekend. The entire weekend it looking dry and seasonable with a nice moderating trends by the holiday. The fall foliage will be in peak to the north across central Vermont and New Hampshire, and you'll see some moderate colors in the Berkshires.
