We are about a week away from Halloween and while a staple of the holiday is candy, there are ways to have a sweet - yet nutritious - treat. 

Carrie Taylor, Big Y's lead registered dietitian, joined Western Mass News at 12:30 p.m. to show you how to whip up some Halloween themed dishes, including Frozen Yogurt-Dipped Mango Pops, "Spooky Eyes", and Spook-tacular Fruit Cups.
