Strongest Hurricane on record headed for Mexico

Posted: Updated:

Hurricane Patricia has strengthened into an historic category 5 hurricane over the last 24 hours! She is spinning in the Pacific and is moving towards the central Mexican coast line. She will likely make landfall later today or early tomorrow. She has top winds of 200 mph making her the strongest hurricane on record in the eastern-north Pacific and Atlantic oceans! She will no doubt cause catastrophic damage to parts of Mexico and bring tremendous rains well inland. Click here for more details on Patricia from The National Hurricane Center.
