It's a damp start our Sunday morning. The showers may linger for The Rays of Hope Walk when it steps off at 10:30 a.m.
The good news is the showers will not last all day. Any leftover showers should come to an end and this afternoon we should see some sun. The breeze will pick up this afternoon with winds between 5 to 15 mph. Highs will top out in the upper 50s and lower 60s.
The Pats-Jets game is looking fine. There may be a shower early in the game but the weather should not be a much of a factor. Temperatures will be in the lower 60s for most of the game.
Skies will clear out as a ridge of high pressure builds in from the west. Winds will diminish tonight and with clear skies and light winds temperatures will drop quickly and lows overnight drop back into the upper 20s and lower 30s.
A cool, dry air mass will take hold for Monday and Tuesday followed by a good soaking on Wednesday which could last into Thursday. (Most of us, especially south of the Pike into Connecticut need the rain).
