It will be mostly cloudy this afternoon with a few sprinkles. It will become windy too with temperatures reaching into the middle 50s. Wind gusts could exceed 30 mph from time to time, especially across the higher terrain, so hang onto your hat!
A second cold front will move through tonight. As this system moves through there could be a flurry or even a snow showers or snow squalls across the higher terrain. Here in the valley we'll just see a flurry or two. A coating to 1" is possible across the higher terrain! Not to worry though most of us wont even see a flake.
This system will be gone by morning so the sun will out but tomorrow will be the coldest day of the season, so far with temperatures in the low to mid 40s along with a gusty wind. It will feel like it's in the 30s.
Sunday is looking more comfortable with temperatures moderating into the lower 50s with lighter winds. The trade off will be a few clouds mixing in during the afternoon.
The Jet Stream will lift back into Canada for next week. This means temperatures will moderate and readings will be back near 60 for a few days. (average highs by next week are near 50) We could see temperatures about 10 degrees above normal.
