It's bright and sunny again today however it will be about 10 to 12 degrees cooler than yesterday. We hit 62 yesterday afternoon but thanks to a back door cold front readings will stay closer to 50 this afternoon, which is more seasonable for this time of year. It's certainly back to the jackets and sweatshirts today but with sunny skies and light winds it won't feel to bad.
With clear skies and light winds readings will tumble into the teens and lower 20s overnight! The heat will be cranking!
A storm center across the nations mid-section will arrive here on Thursday. Out ahead of this system we'll see more sunshine again tomorrow. However, some cloudiness will increase in the afternoon. We will be on the mild side of this storm as it moves into eastern Canada. Showers and drizzle will arrive by Thursday morning with some steady, heavier rain arriving in the evening. Temperatures on Thursday will reach well into the 50s, perhaps nearing 60 as winds pick up out of the south during the evening.
This system will exit quickly as things dry out on Friday. Behind this storm a chilly airmass will arrive over the weekend. A fast moving front will bring a few showers Saturday night followed by some of the coldest air of the season. By Monday daytime highs may be stuck in the 30s!
