It was a cold start this morning with temperatures down into the teens but readings are climbing fast. We'll see plenty of sunshine with temperatures reaching into the mid to upper 40s. It will be a good day for travel all across the northeast and for most hubs across the country.
Thanksgiving will feature some cloudiness but also milder temperatures with readings reaching into the middle 50s. A southerly flow will bring in some clouds but some sun will still be around too. Conditions will be cool and dry for tomorrow's High School football games with temperatures climbing through the 40s.
A strong area of high pressure will continue to build in for Black Friday. As high pressure builds off shore it will keep things dry but also mild. In fact, temperatures will reach into the upper 50s and lower 60s!. (record high 62 in 1946)
A developing storm across the nations mid section will track into eastern Canada dragging it's cold front across the area Friday night. However with strong high pressure in charge most of the moisture associated with this system will dry up before arriving in western Mass. This means we are only expecting a couple of light showers Friday night, if that. Behind this front it will be followed by cooler but still dry conditions for the final weekend of November. Overall the weekend is looking fine with highs near 50 and a fair amount of sunshine.
