Western Massachusetts is starting today about 12° above the average low temperature for this time of year. Unfortunately with the cloud cover and weak northerly wind, temperatures will only reach the mid 40s today. A coastal system is bringing some showers to the Cape and Eastern Mass, but we remain dry today. As we go through the day, there could some peeks of the sun, but mainly cloudy today.
Tonight will remain mostly cloudy, keeping temperatures from falling too far in to the 20s. Temperatures should stay around either side of the 30°.
Wednesday will be warmer than today with a mix of sun and clouds. We should see temperatures rise to the upper 40s for highs.
As a front approaches from the west, we add a chance for some spotty showers on Thursday. These will be very light in nature and will not cause any flooding issues.
As we head towards the weekend, we'll see temperatures rising in to the mid 50s to upper 50s by Sunday.
We will watch a fast-moving front bring a good chance for some rain on Monday.
