It will be "less cold" this afternoon as winds ease and temperatures reach near 30 under blue skies and sunshine. The cold will continue to relax for tomorrow. In fact, tomorrow will be nice and comfortable in the afternoon with very light winds and temps reaching near 40.
We continue to track the threat of a storm for Saturday but as we get closer to it, it continues to look like rain! It looks as though we could see several hours of rain Saturday morning. It may end as a bit of wet snow across the higher terrain with little or no accumulation. It's looking dry for the Patriot's game Saturday evening as well. It will be breezy and cool but not bad with temperatures mainly in the 30s.
Another ocean storm will pass out-to-sea on Sunday, meaning we stay dry through the weekend. However, an Arctic front could bring us a few flurries and snow showers Sunday night as this second storm pushes away. Behind this front the coldest weather of the season will move for the start of next week. Temperatures will teens and lower Twenties before the cold relaxes by mid-week.
