What a way to close out the weekend. Another afternoon where it felt more like Spring than late Winter. Temperatures made it into the 50s this afternoon which, while not as mild as yesterday, were still well above normal for this time of year.
Skies become mostly cloudy tonight and there is just the slight chance for a snow or rain shower after midnight. Lows tonight will drop back into the mid 20s. A area of low pressure passes to our south tomorrow morning. It will be a mostly cloudy start to your Monday morning. By tomorrow afternoon though it looks like we will start to see some sunshine work in. Highs tomorrow will top out in the upper 30s and lower 40s.
A more important storm will develop in the Gulf of Mexico then move into the northeast late Tuesday into Wednesday. This storm certainly has more potential, however the details are still sketchy. At this point, it looks like the storm will track to our west, meaning we will get on the warmer side of this storm.
Right now, let's plan on snow developing Tuesday night then perhaps changing to a wintry mix and then over to plain rain on Wednesday. There is still a lot of uncertainty in the forecast for this storm right now and things can change so stay tuned.
