We had a chilly start to the day but temperatures climbed very quickly! We continue to see lots of sunshine this afternoon with temperatures topping out in the low 60s and upper 50s. Today was definitely the pick of the week.
The warm-up will continue for tomorrow with temperatures reaching into the upper 60s as high pressure builds off shore. We start to pick up a southerly flow out ahead of a cold front. Tomorrow will feature some afternoon cloudiness along with a strong southerly breezy. As the front draws closer, showers will develop late tomorrow evening into Friday morning. It won't be a completely rain-out on Friday as showers will continue off and on. There may even be a thunderstorm!
Things will dry out on Saturday as temperatures turn a bit cooler, although still above-average in the upper 50s.
A second, stronger front will move through Saturday night as a strong push of cold Canada air moves in for Sunday and the start of next week. Highs on Sunday may be stuck in the 30s with a few snow showers possible in the morning. We start next week with unseasonable cold weather, with another chance for snow overnight into Tuesday. Things may certainly get a interesting.
