Cold dry air will follow this system tonight as high pressure advances towards New England. This will return sunshine Sunday, but will also deliver another March-like chill feeling like 30s with temperatures in the 40s. April showers move in Monday lasting into Tuesday but it's dry and sunny for the second half of next week with no significant cold wave ahead. The jet stream pattern changing a bit will bring milder air east of the Mississippi and the cooler air plunges into the western U.S.
