EAST LONGMEADOW, MA (WGGB/WSHM) -

A local high school star athlete and scholar is now accused of sexually assaulting two of his classmates.

East Longmeadow High School senior David Becker is facing multiple charges stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred earlier this month.

Becker is facing three charges, two of which are rape charges.  According to court documents: The acts were committed after a house party in town.

David Becker is a three sport athlete and top student at East Longmeadow High School.

But now the 18-year-old is being accused of sexually assaulting two of his classmates according to court documents obtained by Western Mass News.

Becker was arraigned in Palmer District Court on April 15th on two counts of Rape and one count of Indecent Assault and Battery On a Person 14 or Older.

The charges stemming from an incident that occurred on April 2nd.

Court documents state Becker and the two alleged female victims stayed after a house party to help clean up.

The victims claim they then went into an upstairs bedroom where Becker later joined them to talk before they all fell asleep in the same bed.  A police report states each victim woke up to Becker sexually assaulting them.

During an interview with police conducted days later Becker said he had touched one of the girls but he thought it was consensual.  He denied ever touching the other alleged victim.

There was no answer at Becker's Avery Street home Wednesday afternoon.

Becker's attorney, Thomas Rooke, declined to comment on the case, but did say he will be conducting his own private investigation on what happened.

Police have pulled text messages from Becker and one of the alleged victims for their investigation.

In them Becker writes, "Very sorry about last night I was very much in the wrong and was an embarrassment...I understand if I'm not your favorite person right now. Just wanted you to know that I am really sorry."

The victim replies with, "don't even worry about it, it's all good."

In the police report, she states she gave that answer, because she didn't know what else to say.

Becker has been ordered to wear a GPS monitor and he must stay away from the alleged victims and East Longmeadow High School.

His next court date is scheduled for June 14 for a pre-trial hearing.
