If you were planning on any outdoor activities this weekend today is the day for them. While we will see a good deal of cloud cover there will also be some breaks of sunshine and it will be mild. Wet weather and cooler temperatures arrive to close out the weekend.
Clouds will be in control for much of the day today we will manage to see some breaks of sun. Readings will reach into the low and middle 60s. There is a slight chance for a sunset sprinkle tomorrow evening, but the majority of us remain dry. Cloud will thicken up tonight as low temperatures drop back into the upper 30s and lower 40s.
The weather will go downhill on Sunday as another stronger area of low pressure moves our way. Sunday will be gray, cold and damp with periods of rain. Temperatures will run well below normal and only top out in the mid to upper 40s.
The chance for rain will linger into Monday as well with highs topping out in the upper 40s and lower 50s. It looks like we will dry out briefly on Tuesday before we turn unsettled once again as we head into the later part of next week. At least we will see daytime highs rising back toward the lower and middle 60s.
