Comedian Bill Cosby is trying to delay hearings case while he fights to get sexual assault charges dismissed in Pennsylvania.
Cosby has asked the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to reviews last week's decision by an appeal's court that ruled to uphold the case.
Pennsylvania Supreme Court can decide to hear the appeal but still let the preliminary hearing take place, or it could put the hearing on hold.
Cosby is charged with indecent sexual assault over a 2004 encounter with a former Temple University employee. His preliminary hearing is set for May 24th.
