Keep the umbrella handy and an eye to the sky through this evening. An upper level disturbance is swinging through New England and will bring showers, downpours and maybe even some thunder with small hail. The shower threat will continue through the first half of the evening. (8 pm to 10 pm).
The shower threat will come to an end later this evening and skies will begin to clear out overnight. Low temperatures overnight will drop back into the lower to middle 40s.
High pressure will work in for tomorrow supplying us with a beautiful day. We'll see sunny skies and warm, dry conditions with highs into the middle 70s. Things should stay dry through most of Saturday however clouds will be on the increasing in the afternoon. Some moisture may try to work its way up the coast for Saturday night. However it looks as though most of this will slide just to the east. But lets plan on some rain Saturday night. Sunday will still feature a few afternoon showers as some upper level energy moves through. Things are still a bit up in the air so stay tuned!
