Cloudiness will be on the increase through the evening with slight chance of showers. Most of us will stay mostly dry until tomorrow morning. Temperatures topped off into the upper 70s and low 80s this afternoon, and will fall to the low 50s overnight.
An area of low pressure will move up the coast bringing us clouds and showers for tomorrow. There may even be a few rumble of thunder in the morning and early afternoon. The most noticeable change you’ll see is the cooler temperatures. We’ll only rise to the upper 60s in the afternoon with the showers and downpours off/on. You’ll definitely want to keep the umbrella handy throughout the day.
This low pressure system will move out Tuesday night, allowing high pressure to build in mid-week. The clockwise flow around the high will usher in much warmer temperatures – almost summer-like! Temperatures will likely reach into the 80s for the rest of the week, lasting into the weekend. There will be a few shower and thunderstorm chances to end the week, but no washouts or all-day rains are likely at this time.
