It's a dry start to our weekend but it does not look like the entire weekend is going to be dry. A series of weak upper level disturbances will bring a chance of showers tonight and tomorrow. That threat for showers will last into early next week.
Sunshine this morning will fade behind increasing clouds this afternoon. The bulk of the day is dry though there is the slight chance for a shower by later this afternoon. Many areas remain dry during the daylight hours. Highs today top out in the mid to upper 80s and it will feel humid with dew points in the lower 60s.
Tonight we can expect cloudy skies with a better chance for seeing some showers and possibly even a rumble of thunder. A mild and muggy night on the way once again with overnight lows dropping back into the lower and middle 60s.
A low pressure system tracks to our north and will bring a period of unsettled weather Sunday into Monday. We could see showers at any time each day with a thunderstorm possible. While it won't be raining the entire time, we do have a chance of seeing heavy rain at times. Temperatures both Sunday and Monday top out in the upper 70s to around 80 with dew points in the middle 60s.
