Skies have remained mostly cloudy this afternoon with a few showers here and there. As we head into overnight, you'll want to have the umbrella nearby. There are a few showers to our west that will try to make their way into the valley. A stationary front continues to remain draped south of New England and will continue to keep clouds and showers in the area until tomorrow. Temperatures topped off in the 70s with dew points in the 60s earlier this afternoon.
Tonight we will see temperatures fall to the mid 60s with those showers and downpours. Fog will develop and it could be quite thick in some spots.
There will be a few leftover showers tomorrow morning before the front breaks down and high pressure begins to work into the area. Things dry out tomorrow afternoon as temperatures reach to near 80 with a few rays of sun peaking through clouds.
Wednesday and Thursday are looking beautiful with a sunny, warm, and dry air mass moving in. Temperatures will reach into the 80s with dew points in the 50s - very comfortable. Our dew points increase on Friday as temperatures reach back into the 90s. At some point, either late Friday or early Saturday, a cold front will bring a round of showers and storms followed by cooler, drier conditions into next week.
