Things will cool off nicely tonight with lows down into the upper 50s and lower 60s. You should be able to see this month's full moon, nicknamed the "Sturgeon Moon". You'll be able to give the air conditioners and fans a rest by cracking your windows.
Quiet weather in store for tonight! Temperatures getting cool with lows reaching around 60 overnight. We begin with fair skies, but as an upper level disturbance moves into New England, clouds will be on the increase through Thursday morning. A stray shower is possible throughout the day-but best chances are in the afternoon. Patchy clouds will be around through the day and temperatures get a bit warmer with highs hitting the upper 80s for many.
We aren’t too humid for the next several days, but we will have some high temperatures approaching 90 through Saturday due to a ridge of high pressure over the East. However, there are some changes headed our way! A cold front will approach Sunday, increasing clouds and bringing a chance for rain Sunday night. Showers and thunderstorms look likely Monday as the front passes through, then we get hit with a cooler, drier air mass that lasts through midweek. Overnight lows in the 50s and a day or two with highs in the 70s are possible.
